Fixed.

Macil is still bugged. The first Macil is supposed to be able to be hit like merchants (like he will be stunned when like any actor).. and take damage like merchants (which is none since they are invulnerable). The second Macil is supposed to be more like the Specters... he cannot be hit by normal means, except the Sigil though you will need the 2nd sigil piece or better to actually hurt this version of Macil....
